My Activity Plan for CAS

2.Basketball Club
During the IB course, I am going to participate the basketball club at school every Wednesday as my activity part of my CAS programme.
My short and medium aim is to increase my accuracy of shooting and passing skills. My target is to be able to shoot at least 5 times within 4months.

In addition, I am going to develop the skill to organise and structure ourselves as a team which would lead to a better defencing and attacking.

My Activity Plan for CAS

1.Ice Hockey
Throughout the IB course, I am going to play ice hockey every Sunday at the Japanese ice hockey club as my "activity" part of CAS programme.
Currently I am playing at the center, which requires a skill of decision making and ability of controlling the pace of a game because, basically, my position is the "brain" of the team.

My aim is to be able to make a fast and the best decision for the team, and bring up the puck (a ball used in ice hockey) in order to control the game, and lead to an advantageous position. Also to improve my shooting and dribbling skills. My short and medium aim is to increase my accuracy of shooting and passing skills.
